Wonderfully well made robust and elegant bread bag, I added this just because I was intrigued, I normally put my bread whether shop bought or home made Ina large plastic zip lock and had not seen a bread bag before. I have now had it for a little while, and really wonder how I hoped without it. Do easy to use, I have found the bread keeps tremendously well in the bag, even the home made Brezel which you can normally use as a weapon on the second day kept in edible condition for 3 days. So easy to use, easy to wash & dry, and matches my proofing baskets ( Bannetons) , makes that area of the kitchen look tidier without a great big bread bon where let’s face it bread goes to die, and, for me the best thing, no plastic! I am trying to reduce the plastic in my life, every little helps, and this is a pretty way of doing so.
