Description The photograph features all eight glasses. They are being sold as two sets of four. From the base of the stand tothe top rim of the glass measures approximately 18.5cm in height. Top diameter of glass 6.5cm. One set of four glasses will come in original bozes with information card. The second set with an info card only (boxes lost to time). No damage. Circa 1990’s. The information card reads, “Handmade in Tasmania from some of the world’s finest silica flour by skilled glassblowers (James Dodson who retired in 2020) using traditional techniques. The sand is mined near Savage River on Tasmania’s West Coast. Fluxes and furnace perform their chemistry and the molten glass flows with the breath of the blower into moulds to make the well designed production pieces or freely into one off forms that reflect the artists skill and sensitivity.”
